I had a very bad experience at the Golden Arches as well, I bought a Happy Meal for my grandson and when I got it home there was no suprise no fries just the drink and chicken pieces, so I returned mind you at rush hour traffic 4pm is no time to be on any road here and when I showed the reciept to the same person who served me it was like she had a brain fart as she apoligised and made it right I still was not happy about the service.

Well once more into to the pit of restaurants I would rather wished I had not gone to Applebee's is now a member.


1. Slow service: Waited far to long

2. Small portions, Desert was very poorly made

3. Knifes and forks were unclean

1. Very slow service had to get up and ask for service several times, waitress apologized for not knowing that our table was one of her stations.

2. The food for the most part was good exception the seafood salad which was sour and off almost choke me, food left to long on the serving line of the buffet and the remaining food was added to the fresh rather than taken away several salads were off and not fresh.

3. While the resturant was clean this hardly makes much differance if the food is improperly served and maintaned.

1. Great Service 100%

2. Meal improperly made Soup tasted like it had been watered down as a process to refill the soup pot, we ordered serlion steak well done, we got a ground beef Pattie burned on the outside and pink on the inside. While my salad was ok the tomatoes, pineapple slice, and orange section on my dinner plate were wilted. Not very appealing. 30%

3. My cutlery was clean but my wifes was not. 50%

1. Slow service

2. Meal improperly made (Boiled meat put into a burrito making the flour tortilla soggy, hash browns were almost like mash potato over cooked.

3. Unclean Cutlery 

PS Forgot to mention there were more flies inside than outside this place..
